Mom of ‘Handsome’ Felon Starts ‘Free Jeremy’ Fundraising Page

The mother of a felon whose “handsome” booking photo went viral after it was posted on the Stockton Police Department’s Facebook account is hoping to show a softer side of her son as she tries to raise funds for his legal defense.

Katherine Angier created a fundraising page in an effort to dispel certain stereotypes about her son, Jeremy Meeks, according to her post on the website.

After Jeremy Meeks' booking photo was posted by the Stockton Police Department on its Facebook page on June 18, 2014, the image went viral.

“He’s my son and he is so sweet,” she said. “Please help him to get a fair trial or else he’ll be railroaded.”

Angier is hoping to collect up to $25,000 with the “Free Jeremy” page. In the first 14 hours, benefactors had donated $633.

Lady, your son is a convicted career criminal and a convicted gang member. This is not his first run-in with the law, perhaps he needs to stay behind bars. You won’t be able to raise bail for him when he gets his third strike.

Yeah, wise up mom. Your boy’s a gangster and that’s the worst kind of criminal. You failed him and you failed us.

So ppl can’t change or try to change? So because he made past mistakes and has tattoos……he can’t have a change of heart or lifestyle?Judge lest ye be judged also! Yes, he should be responsible n pay for his past crimes! But really people, you all are not perfect either

Donate money for what? 1. An attorney has offered to represent him for free. 2. He is NOT eligible for release via bail. 3. His room and board are all paid for by us, the taxpayers, while incarcerated. 3. His mom, Katherine Angier, who started the fundraiser, has her own set of mugshots. Check out her fraud convictions on Hidden-Past.com.

Those woman are crazy. They wonder why they can’t get a man if they lust for a criminal that does’t even look that good. Crazy women.

How sick is it that his mom will try and raise money from complete strangers because of her son’s good looks to try and release his felonious self; so he can terrorize other innocent victims. We now see why her son has turned out the way he has look at the example he had!
