The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on Wednesday night in the 700 block of State Street (map), according to Officer Venegas with the Los Angeles Police Department.

The injured officer was put on a gurney and taken away by ambulance, video from the scene showed.

His condition was not immediately known.

A tweet from USC around 10:20 p.m. stated that there was police activity in Exposition Park, and that the area should be avoided. The tweet added that no one associated with the university was involved.

LAPD officers and K-9’s were dispatched to the scene to search for the attackers, who were only described as two black men, Venegas said.

Police left the area shortly after 1 a.m., according to a separate tweet from USC.

No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.

KTLA’s Alberto Mendez and Nidia Becerra Tijerino contributed to this report.

Do not worry folks! Eric Holder and Al Sharpton will lay claim that black males are a constant target for law enforcement. These failures in society will never be caught because your President Bozo and Eric Holder will make sure that these thugs are not caught.
It’s time that blacks continue to pull the “race card”. Ha!

I see this is just a page for racist bigots who think they are above everyone and the law to post their “concerns” About other races….I swear white people have a special section in Hell dedicated to them
