Piloxing cardio fusion incorporates fitness techniques to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles and increase stamina. The program uniquely blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with Pilates and dance. These techniques are also supplemented by the use of weighted gloves to help tone arms and maximize cardiovascular health. We were live from a Piloxing studio in Burbank with fitness instructor Viveca Jensen who showed us what this new workout is all about.
