Police Searching for Gunman After Woman Is Shot Inside South L.A. Laundromat

Police were searching for a gunman after at least one person opened fire in a South L.A. laundromat Sunday and inured one person, according to Los Angeles Police Department Officer Norma Eisenman.

LAPD received a call at 12:08 p.m. about a shooting near West 43rd Place and South Main Street (map).

A woman was shot, and the extent of her injuries was not immediately known.

Police believed there was one gunman.
