Evan Marks joined us live with double-duty plants that look beautiful in your garden and are edible as well.  These plants last for quite a while with little care while providing something to add to every meal. These herbs and unique greens can grow in both small and large places. Evan Marks is founder of The Ecology Center, Southern California's most distinguished eco education center. The center focuses on making it possible for us to coexist locally within a thriving natural environment.
