LillianZ chicken, like Zacky turkeys are free range, vegetarian fed, antibiotic free, with no added hormones or preservatives. Lillian Zacky recommends that both the turkey and the chicken breast are cooked breast side down. At 165 degrees on the thermometer the bird is done.
