The threat was received by telephone, according to a news release issued by the Beverly Hills Police Department just after 12:30 p.m.

People were asked to stay clear of the area as investigators searched the school for suspicious devices.

As of 2:30 p.m., authorities were still looking for the alleged device.

The school was evacuated earlier this month following a similar phone threat. No device was found on campus during the investigation of that incident.
