With a price tag of $68 billion, California's high speed rail system would connect Los Angeles with San Francisco. The high speed rail authority was also trying to find a way to run the train from Palmdale to Burbank, which would impact those living in the San Clarita Valley. Kirk Hawkins reports for the KTLA 5 News at 10 on Monday, April 27, 2015.
