The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department released this sketch on June 11, 2015, of a man accused of masturbating in front of several teenagers in Carson.

The man allegedly walked behind three 14-year-old girls, began talking to them in order to get their attention, then pulled out his penis and began masturbating on Tuesday around 5:45 p.m. near Fries Avenue and East Lomita Boulevard, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department stated.

About an hour later, the man allegedly followed an 18-year-old to her home near East 213th and Dolores streets when he again pulled out his penis and began to masturbate.

“She then opened the door, went inside, and when she tried to close the door behind her the suspect put his foot in the doorway to prevent her from closing it. When the victim screamed, the suspect ran away,” the news release stated.

Detectives believe the same man was responsible for both incidents.

He was described as a black man, 20 to 35 years old, about 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall, with a light complexion and muscular build.

He was wearing a black shirt and had a large, thick mustache that was possibly fake, the news release stated.

Anyone with information was asked to contact the Sheriff’s Department’s Carson station at 310-830-1123.
