The man sought by authorities is seen in this sketch issued by the Torrance Police Department.

The first incident took place on May 12 about 6:45 a.m. when a 16-year-old girl was walking her dogs near Spencer Street and Wood Avenue (map), a bulletin issued by the Torrance Police Department stated.

The man pulled his vehicle up beside the teen and then exposed his penis to her, according to the Police Department.

About three weeks later on April 3, investigators believe the same man was driving near the intersection of Halison Street and Ingrum Way (map) when he slowed down by the curb and called out to two 13-year-old girls.

The driver exposed his penis and then fled as the victims ran away, according to the Police Department.

The man being sought by police was described as Hispanic, in his mid 20s to 30s, with short black hair.

He had stubbly facial hair in one incident and was clean-shaven in the other, according to police.

The man was driving a silver, possibly Ford four-door sedan with unknown California plates.

He was wearing a T-shirt and possibly jeans in one incident and a dark hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans in the other.

Anyone with information was asked to contact the Police Department at 310-618-5641.
