Initial reports of vehicles with flats pulling to the right side near Rinaldi Street at about 12:40 p.m.

The person who called said vehicles had struck cement debris that was in lanes, according to the California Highway Patrol’s traffic incident log.

One caller said a chunk of the roadway was sticking up.

A SigAlert was issued at 1:10 for the No. 2 lane and was canceled after less than half an hour. A pot hole was repaired, CHP’s log stated.

Twelve to 15 vehicles were affected, the log said.
