The family of 54-year-old Freddie Ulloa was calling Tuesday for the hit-and-run driver that killed the San Bernardino man to come forward and face justice.

Ulloa was collecting recyclables around 6:30 a.m. on Feb. 20 when he was hit. He later died at a hospital.

On Tuesday, police released surveillance video of a newer model dark-colored sedan seen leaving the area of the crash near West Mill and K streets around the time Ulloa was struck.

Anyone with information was asked to contact Detective Peck of the San Bernardino Police Traffic Division at 909-384-5664

The Ulloa family has set up a GoFundMe page to help with funeral expenses.
