It's estimated that roughly 20% of undergraduate women will be a victim of sexual assault, and it's been nearly a year and a half since a student at Loyola Marymount University says she was raped at a college party.  Her attacker is still on the loose, and she and her family say police have botched the investigation.  Our Kacey Montoya sits down with the victim for this exclusive interview.
