On July 12, 1976, janitor Edward Charles Allaway, 36, killed seven people and wounded two others during a rampage inside the library at Cal State Fullerton. He was arrested and later found not guilty by reason of insanity and committed to a state mental hospital. Chip Yost reports for the KTLA 5 News at 6 on Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
