The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department released surveillance images of a man approaching the residence shortly before 3 p.m. Monday.

The burglar pried open a window and entered the residence after first ringing the doorbell, a Sheriff’s Department news release stated.

The man sought by authorities was described as a white male, about 30 years old, with a medium build and with tattoos on his right forearm and on both legs.

He was driving a lifted older model black GMC Yukon XL or a Chevy Suburban with aftermarket black rims and tires, according to the Sheriff’s Department.

The vehicle also had stickers on the left side of the rear window.

Anyone with information about the suspected burglar was asked to contact the Sheriff’s Department at 310-891-3219 or 310-891-3215 and reference file number 916-02742-1721-064.
