20 People Stung by Bees at Cerritos Regional Park: L.A. County Fire Dept.

Twenty people were stung by bees at the Cerritos Regional Park on Saturday after a swarm gathered near the tennis courts, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

Firefighters responded to a call around 5 p.m. in the 1900 block of Bloomfield Avenue.

Five ambulances were requested and three people were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries, officials said.
