A 35-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a double stabbing that left a man and a woman critically injured near Disneyland earlier this week, officials said.
Flavio Marquez was arrested at a park near the scenes Saturday afternoon on suspicion of two counts of attempted murder, Anaheim Police said.
The first stabbing occurred about 8 p.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of West Ball Road and a 32-year-old man was injured.
About two minutes later a 30-year-old woman was also injured in the 1200 block of South Walnut Street, in front of a Holiday Inn.
Authorities believe the stabbings may have been narcotics-related.
Marquez was booked into the Anaheim Detention Facility and is being held on $1 million bail, officials said.
Both victims remain hospitalized in critical condition, according to police.
