Man Sought in Santa Ana Burglaries at Mexican Consulate, Other Businesses

Santa Ana Police officials are looking for a transient in connection with two burglaries at the Mexican Consulate and incidents at other area businesses.

Albert Sierra, 32, allegedly smashed a glass door at the consulate, at 2100 East Fourth Street, on Sunday.

Police released surveillance video of another break in at the location on July 10, when he allegedly stole office equipment, money and several Red Cross donation containers inside.

Sierra is also wanted in connection with at least three other burglaries at area businesses that occurred between July and August. Thousands of dollars and computer equipment were stolen during those incidents, police said.
