A bloodied and naked suspect found at a San Bernardino home where the body of a man was discovered Tuesday evening has been taken into custody, police said Wednesday.
Officers were called to the home in the 1600 block of West 26th Street shortly before 10:30 p.m. when someone called to report a possible murder in progress in the home’s backyard, the San Bernardino Police Department stated in a news release.

The nude man, identified as 29-year-old Marvin Ramirez of Covina, was taken into custody without incident after initially ignoring the officer’s commands, according to the Police Department.
The victim was identified by police as 39-year-old Thurston Alexander Watkins of Studio City.
Watkins had suffered significant trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene, the Police Department stated.
The cause of death was under investigation.
