A Garden Grove greyhound rescue group called Hemopet is facing financial troubles after a startling $82,000 tax ball. It all stems from a bill that was recently vetoed by California Gov. Jerry Brown. Chip Yost reports from Garden Grove for the KTLA 5 News at 6 on Oct. 17, 2016.
