1 Stabbed at Volunteer Kitchen in Orange: Police

One person was stabbed at a volunteer soup kitchen in Orange Monday afternoon, police said.

The incident was reported about 1:40 p.m. at Mary's Kitchen, 517 W Struck Ave., Orange, CA 92867.

The suspected stabber was still at the scene when police arrived and police had to use a Taser before taking him into custody, officials said.

One person was taken to a hospital in unknown condition. Two other people at the scene were also injured, but it is unclear how. They were not taken to a hospital, police said.
