High Winds Continue Across Southern California as Advisory Remains in Effect Until Saturday Afternoon

Wind continued to pummel Southern California Saturday, and areas in the southeast can expect to experience "strong and potentially damaging" north and northwest winds up to 45 mph, with gusts up to 65 mph, through 2 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
