Some local rescue pet organizations are upset over a new policy at L.A. County Animal Services. They say the policy allows shelters to euthanize animals that are deemed "unsafe," instead of being made available for adoption by rescue organizations. Kareen Wynter reports from Carson for the KTLA 5 News at 3 on April 6, 2017.
