Cold Weather in Southern California is Prompting Residents to Bring Out Their Winter Coats

People are bundling up for winter weather in Southern California, where temperatures in Woodland Hills dipped to as low as 38 degrees. The National Weather Service put out a freeze warning for the Greater Southern California area which expired at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
