    An overly-excited fan rushed pop star Justin Bieber while he performed on stage in Dubai. Video shows the fan running across the stage and grabbing Bieber while he was sitting at a piano.     Officials ordered mandatory evacuations Saturday afternoon for several neighborhoods in Monrovia as firefighters continued to battle a brush fire in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains.
