    A Murrieta woman was arrested Wednesday for allegedly starving and physically abusing her 3-year-old twin sons after one of the boys was found to weigh only 15 pounds and his brother showed signs of a fractured jaw.     The body of an elderly man was found Wednesday by search teams looking for a missing 82-year-old who vanished from his Laguna Woods home Saturday.     Deputies Investigate Bomb Threat Called in to Los Angeles City College

    Sheriff’s deputies on the campus of Los Angeles City College were investigating possible bomb threat against the school after receiving suspicious phone call Friday evening. A search of the campus turned up nothing, according to deputies at the scene. Investigators said it appeared the caller may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
