    Multi-Car Crash Shuts Down Northbound 405 Freeway; Nine Hospitalized

    A crash involving a number of cars shut down the northbound 405 Freeway near Imperial Highway on Friday night. The crash was reported around 10 p.m. and initially forced the closure of all northbound lanes.     An LAPD officer was sentenced to prison Thursday after pleading guilty to domestic violence in connection with an attack on his estranged wife that occurred in May.
