    A hot-air balloon crashed into power lines Saturday in Clinton, Massachusetts, injuring five of the six people on board, officials said.     Dramatic dashcam footage shows a an Ohio police officer dragging a 350-pound drunk driver across a freeway to safety, authorities said.
