    A six-inch water main burst Wednesday afternoon causing flooding in a Reseda neighborhood.     Police in Irvine are searching for a man who broke into a home, but was surprised when a babysitter walked inside with a little boy prompting him to flee.     Authorities have arrested an East Los Angeles College student for allegedly sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl, and potentially victimizing others.
