Christina Pascucci is an award-winning journalist who has interviewed thousands of people, including some of the world’s most-renowned political figures, pro athletes and Hollywood’s A-listers. Some of her favorite and most-memorable interviews though, have been on issues that make a direct impact on her local community.

Christina’s roots run deep in Southern California. She is a native Angeleno and that’s also where she got her start — working for L.A. cable stations as a multi-media journalist and doing everything from reporting and anchoring to shooting and editing her own stories. Pascucci then left Southern California to further pursue her journalism career in Reno, Nev., where she reported for ABC affiliate KOLO-TV and covered many of the state’s big political issues.

Christina was soon off to the warm weather of Palm Springs and NBC affiliate KMIR-TV, where she anchored and produced a two-hour morning show. Twice, she was voted one of the top TV personalities in the desert and helped increased ratings. She also had the chance to meet and chat with former President Bill Clinton.

Pascucci, a proud Trojan, studied entrepreneurship and international business, Spanish, and broadcast journalism while at the University of Southern California. A school trip to China with her global management class inspired Christina to take on learning Mandarin Chinese. She is also fluent in Spanish after living with a family in Spain.

Christina is also a pilot, certified scuba diver and adrenaline junkie. She has traveled to dozens of countries and especially loved diving with great white sharks at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, and watching the world’s best athletes compete at the 2012 London Olympics.

She is passionate about helping the environment, is an active Rotarian, “Big Sister” in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, and avid animal lover. Her own little girl, Gracie, is a 4-pound Pomeranian who was rescued from a Reno shelter.
