Gayle Anderson was live in Inglewood where the Ford Motor Company Fund and the Governors Highway Safety Association are starting the 10th year of bringing “Ford Driving Skills for Life Program” directly to new young drivers across the U.S. through a variety of activities. Gayle got behind the wheel with instructor Mike Speck to test the dangers of texting and driving.
Teens between the ages of 15 and 19 in the Los Angeles area, having a valid driver’s license permit can participate in the program. Parents and educators can participate as well.
Here’s how to participate since registration is still open:

Sessions will be held Friday, March 1 through Sunday, March 3.
Session 1: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Session 2: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
