I get tired of drivers go without any consequences for killing j-walkers. Even in a car accident a driver has right a way only if it is given him. Change to law has to happen. There are people who are disturbed who purposely hit these j walkers knowing they will get away with it. Or the "me first" drivers think they are entitled since their zooming about was hindered by pedestrians. I'm not saying this man was in the wrong, but just too many people are mowed down like road kill.
