Suspect Sought in Beverly Hills Store Assault

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (KTLA) — Police in Beverly Hills are hoping someone will recognize a man wanted for groping a woman at a grocery store.

Police say the suspect started talking to a woman at a Pavilions market on West Olympic Boulevard and was able to convince her to help him retrieve an item from a high shelf.

bh-assaultAs the victim reached up to retrieve the item, the suspect groped her.

Based on surveillance video from the store, the suspect is believed to be a white male, approximately 5’10”, 195 lbs, with dark hair, dark eyes and possibly in his late 30’s to early 40’s.
