LOS ANGELES (KTLA) — One of the masterminds in the celebrity burglary “Bling Ring” was sentenced to two years in prison Friday.

Nicholas Prugo is the last of the so-called Bling Ring defendants to be sentenced, but he’ll be done with his two years on Monday.

Prugo’s two-year sentence was cut in half for “good time” and “work time” credits.

The Bling Ring break-ins netted more than $3 million in jewelry, high-end clothes and art, most of it from Paris Hilton, whose house was burgled several times.

Using social media, the group would track their victims whereabouts, and when they wouldn’t be home.

“If you’re a celebrity, and you’re out there, and you’re twittering from your restaurant because you don’t like the waiter. Be aware that somebody might be reading your twitter, and might have some alternative ideas about how they could exploit that,” said Prugo’s attorney Markus Dombois.

Besides Hilton, the group struck a who’s who of Hollywood celebrities including Audrina Patridge, Lindsay Lohan, Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr, as well as Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox.

“The Bling Ring,” a movie based on the crimes is due to be released in June.
