Car Slams into Boyle Heights Home

LOS ANGELES (KTLA) — A driver lost control of his car and plowed into the patio of a Boyle Heights home Wednesday.

The accident happened just before 11 a.m. on the 3000 block of 4th Street.

Sky-5 was over the scene when firefighters pulled the injured driver from the vehicle.

The extent of his injuries is not known.

No one inside the home was hurt, according to Los Angeles City Fire officials.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
