Sleep-Deprived People ‘More Likely to Cheat’

(KTLA) — We all know getting a good night’s sleep boosts energy, and leads to better health.

It could also stop you from cheating on your partner, according to an article published in the Harvard Business Review.

A person’s brain is affected by a lack of sleep and too many sleepless nights could lead to very bad decisions, the article said.

That means when people are sleep deprived, they are less likely to control their urges and could succumb to temptation.

Something to keep in mind, only a short amount of robbed sleep deprived study subjects of their crucial self control, researchers found.
