Frustrated that Michael Jackson was not showing up for rehearsals just weeks before his London concert series was set to open, the tour director testified Tuesday that he had “serious concerns” whether the “This Is It” tour could go on.

Kenny Ortega, testifying in the wrongful death suit that Jackson’s mother and three children have brought against concert promoter and producer AEG Live, said he was worried “that all that we had worked for, Michael and I, this dream, this goal he and I had, this desire, was going to fall away.”
