Tropical Storm Flossie heading toward Hawaii prompting the National Weather Service to issue Tropical Storm Warnings and Flash Flood Watches for the big island and the smaller surrounding islands. The storm expected to make landfall Monday afternoon. Meantime, Southern California is experiencing cool and cloudy conditions this morning with a chance of drizzle across the region. Daytime highs will be below average with temperatures along the coast topping out in the upper 60s to low 70s, 80s in the valleys and 90s in the high desert. The cooling trend continues through Monday and Tuesday with a warm-up midweek.
