RYE, N.Y. (KTLA) – A winning Powerball ticket sold at a deli in Rye, New York is about to expire.
The ticket worth $1 million was sold last year and will expire on Aug. 25 if the owner doesn’t come forward.
The winning numbers are 1, 6, 7, 20, 49 and Powerball 23 from the drawing on Aug. 25, 2012.
But the owner remains a mystery.
If the ticket holder fails to step forward, the money will go to a prize pool for future winners.
