A Flash Flood Watch continues through Tuesday evening for the Ventura and LA County Mountains, the Antelope Valley, San Bernardino and Riverside mountains and deserts.  With moisture expected to expand north and west, thunderstorms that develop will be slow-moving and capable of producing heavy rainfall and flash flooding, along with debris flows in areas recently burned by wildfires. If you encounter a roadway that is flooded due to flash flooding, never drive into the water. Turn around, don’t drown!
