A local school district is partnering with a company behind an internet app designed to help parents and children navigate the possible dangers encountered on social media networks.

“Zabra monitors a child’s activities and communications while using popular social media sites, and provides parents guidance on how to discuss difficult issues with their children,” according to the company’s website.
