Authorities are searching for three men who kidnapped a business owner in Artesia on Friday and forced her to withdraw money from an ATM, sheriff’s officials said.

The men entered a business in the 17500 block of Pioneer Boulevard at 7:15 p.m. and demanded money from the owners, a man and a woman, said Lt. Matthew Vander Horck of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. One of the robbers threatened to kill the male victim, who said there was no cash on site, according to Vander Horck.
