The robbery took place on Dec. 30 just after 8 p.m. at the store on Greenspot Road in Highland.

Surveillance video from the store shows the man was armed with a semi-automatic handgun, according to a new release from the Highland Police Department.

He was seen on video ordering all the customers and employees into a rear office, where he stole their personal cell phones.

He then ordered two employees to place all the smartphones, iPads and tablets into two large bags, the release stated.

The man also emptied the cash registers and fled the store with the money and the bags of stolen property, according to police.

He was described as a black man in his late 30s, standing 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, with a heavy build.

He was last seen wearing a black, puffy-style jacket with a hood and black sweat pants with cargo-style pockets.

Anyone with information was urged to contact police at 909-425-9793.
