San Bernardino Man Suspected in Wife’s Killing is Arrested in Florida

A San Bernardino man wanted in connection with the fatal stabbing of his wife has surrendered to federal authorities in Tampa, Fla., officials said.

An arrest warrant was issued for Edly Atherley, 29, after Ashley Atherley, 28, was found dead in their apartment on Dec. 1, the San Bernardino Police Department said.

Edly Atherley is expected to be extradited to California after turning himself in at the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Tampa office on Saturday.
