3-Vehicle Crash Involving Dirt Hauler Shuts Down 110 Fwy Lanes

A multi-vehicle crash on the 110 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles involving a dirt hauler prompted the California Highway Patrol to issue a SigAlert.

The collision occurred shortly after 5:30 a.m. at the 110 Freeway just west of Pico Boulevard, according to the CHP’s incident log.

One of the vehicles was overturned, according to the CHP.

Video showed that portions of the two cars appeared to be stuck underneath the dirt hauler.

More than a dozen firefighters initially responded to the scene, video showed.

Three northbound lanes were closed on the 110 Freeway as a result of the crash. The SigAlert was canceled around 7 a.m.,  according to a tweet from the CHP.

No injuries were reported.
