Lake Cachuma, which is located in the Santa Ynez Valley and supplies water to 200,000 residents in the southern part of Santa Barbara County, is down 50 feet from what it was two years ago. Jim Nash reports from Lake Cachuma for the KTLA 5 News at 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14, 2014.
