Elderly Man in Need of Medical Care Goes Missing; Public’s Help Sought

As Southern California continued to get hit by a massive storm, Los Angeles police and family members of Kenneth Morris were asking for the public’s help in locating the missing 74-year-old man.

Morris was last seen early Friday afternoon leaving an adult health care facility in the 2300 block of West Pico Boulevard (map), according to a news release from the Los Angeles Police Department.

He suffers from a medical condition and needs care, police said.

Morris was described as a black male, standing 5-foot-10 and weighing 160 pounds, with white hair and brown eyes, according to the release.

He was possibly wearing a gray hoodie, a blue shirt with “Pacific Sales” on the front, brown pants and white shoes, authorities said.

Morris frequented fast food restaurants and was also known to walk to the Westminster Presbyterian Church located at 2230 West Jefferson Blvd. (map), according to the release.

Anyone with information, or who has seen Morris, was asked to contact the LAPD at 213-382-9102 or 877-527-3247.
