Magnitude 3.9 Quake Strikes Near Castaic

A magnitude 3.9 earthquake struck in Los Angeles County Saturday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The temblor rattled the area at 8:12 a.m. and was centered 8 miles north of Castaic, the USGS said.

There were no reports of injuries or damage.
