Most of Southern California Experiences Moderate Rain

Los Angeles experienced a moderate, quick-moving storm on Friday night going into Saturday morning.

The rain led to hazardous roads and a small spike in vehicle crashes.

Gov. Jerry Brown issued an executive order on Friday, asking Californians to limit their water usage.

Brown declared a “drought state of emergency” in January.
