According to a report published in USA Today, for more than a decade the property taxes on Sterling’s childhood home in Boyle Heights have been paid to the Los Angeles County Tax Collector with money orders bearing the name of Sterling’s grandmother Sarah Tokovitz who has been dead since 1966.
