An LAPD detective pleaded no contest Wednesday to assaulting three women who worked at separate massage parlors in the San Fernando Valley while he was on duty.

Oris Pace was a supervisor in the LAPD’s Commission Investigation Division, which was responsible for enforcing permits for businesses including massage parlors, according to a news release from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

While on duty, the 49-year-old allegedly forced the women to undress or he undressed them and fondled them, prosecutors said.

He was expected to be sentenced to 180 days in county jail and ordered to resign from the LAPD when he returns for sentencing on Aug. 8, according to the DA’s office.

Pace was also expected to be placed on formal probation for three years, the release stated.
